What do I do if I lost my password?

Please go to Contact Us and click on the link or click Lost Password page. 

I recently rank advanced, how do I select my bracelet and/or clothing?

Once you have advanced in rank you will receive an email prompting you to come to the site and order your new Recognition awards. In that notification there will be a link to the recognition website, where you will be able to choose your bracelet and clothing that are due to you. You will be allowed to choose your items, place the order, verify your shipping address and track previous orders all at tbbrecognition.com 

How long do I have to make my selections on the site and submit my order?

You receive an initial notification and a reminder notification when you have selections available to you. If you do not make your appropriate selections and submit your order within 2 months, a default selection will be sent to you. There will be no exchanges or returns on default shipments.

Bracelets: all levels will have a bracelet shipped

Clothing:

I clicked on a rank level product page and am unable to add an item to the cart?

If the ‘Add to Cart’ button is not available on the page, you have not qualified for that award yet. Please refer to the Program Overview page for a quick reference on award qualifications per rank level.

I rank advanced last month and didn’t receive notification to choose my award?

If you have been Paid As a new rank, and have not received notification within 7-10 business days of payout, you can contact us via the Contact Us page. You can also confirm that you have qualified for an award by reviewing the Awards Overview page. 

How do I track my package?

Order tracking information is available via the Order Status page

I lost my bracelet, how can I obtain another?

If you need a replacement bracelet you may request one via the Contact Us page. Replacement cost including shipping and fulfillment will be charged to the credit card on your account.

Can I purchase additional award item(s)?

We do not offer the awards for purchase.

Can I get an extra item for my spouse/partner?

If you need a replacement certificate, you may request one via the Contact Us page. Replacement cost including shipping and fulfillment will be charged to the credit card on your account. 

Can I upgrade my award?

Unfortunately, no substitutions are allowed. 

My award arrived broken. How do I get it replaced?

If you have any problem with your award shipment, you can contact us via the Contact Us page. 

A stone fell out of my bracelet can I get it replaced?
