Once you have advanced in rank you will receive an email prompting you to come to the site and order your new Recognition awards. In that notification there will be a link to the recognition website, where you will be able to choose the size for the clothing that are due to you. You will be allowed to choose your items, place the order, verify your shipping address and track previous orders all at tbbrecognition.com
You receive an initial notification and a reminder notification when you have selections available to you. If you do not make your appropriate selections and submit your order within 2 months, a default selection will be sent to you. There will be no exchanges or returns on default shipments.
Bracelets: all levels will have a bracelet shipped
If the ‘Add to Cart’ button is not available on the page, you have not qualified for that award yet. Please refer to the Program Overview page for a quick reference on award qualifications per rank level.
You can check status of your award shipment via the Order Status page.
We do not offer the awards for purchase.
If you need a replacement certificate, you may request one via the Contact Us page. Replacement cost including shipping and fulfillment will be charged to the credit card on your account.
Unfortunately, no substitutions are allowed.
